To assist the development of individual life insurance products including individual life insurance product implementation/project execution and deliver solutions to improve business efficiency, with focus on devising business user stories, testing and verifying solutions on internal systems and digital platforms.
Job responsibility:
- Execute user acceptance test, document test results and communicate the results to both IT and business users for rectification / verification.
- Follow up on defects identified during UAT and ensure the defects are resolved in timely manner.
- Assist in carrying out business impact assessment, facilitate project manager and business users to define system testing scenarios, prepare test cases and expected outputs.
- Gather business user stories, prepare test plan and test cases according to test scope. Provide business analytical support and assist in identifying areas for improvement for the operation business process.
- Support project management activities, including project scoping, task scheduling, progress monitoring, issue management and escalation to ensure projects are delivered within timeframe.
- Prepare implementation materials (including but not limited to training material and FAQ).
- Perform post-implementation support (including but not limited to post monitoring support and reporting, issues discussion & resolution and usage enquiry support).
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree holder in any discipline
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
- Agile methodology experience is an advantage
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and organizing skills
- Logical, numerical sensitive, proactive and attentive to details
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- 3 – 5 relevant working experience in insurance or banking industry
